HOW IT WORKS
GETTING STARTED If this is your first day we ask that you start off by wearing your trainer for one hour and then gradually adding one hour each day until you can wear it for a minimum of 4 hours.
WHY The reason for this is because your gamrnet will be very tight and it may cause restriction to your breathing. Health comes first! By introducing your body to your garment at a slow pace,it will cause your trainer to form to your body and make breathing easier until you feel like you are barely wearing anything.
TRACK YOUR RESULTS Keep a journal and take your measurements and continue to take new measurements at the end of each week.
WHY This allows you to see your progress! This also is a great indicator of possible water retention during your monthly cycle if you notice your measurements have slightly gone up.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMNED Alternating between corsets for sanitary reasons if you frequent the gym. Those who go to the gym will have to wash there corsets more often. Having more than one corset allows each corset to get a break which allows your corsets to last longer.
