Shipping & Returns

All domestic orders will receive a tracking number and are shipped by USPS priority mail.Processing is anywhere between 1-3 business days with a delivery range of 1-3 business days.In some cases processing and shipping may take longer due to either a high volume of orders or special holidays.All buyers will be notified in these circumstances. If a buyer enters an incorrect shipping address there will be an extra processing time of 1-2 days. All orders may be tracked at www.USPS.com or you may enter tracking number on our Track Order page.

Processing times for international buyers is from 1-5 business days, with a delivery range of 5-10 business days. Most orders will be able to receive a tracking number. We provide you with the option to use two shipping companies, USPS or DHL. If your country is not shown on our shipping list please contact us so that we may process your order by e-mail, please note that tracking numbers may or may not be provided and this depends on the buyers selected shipping method.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes which is required in order to clear your item. Returns are accepted 1-3 days after confirmed delivery date. The item must not be used and all tags and original packaging must be returned and intact. You may only exchange for the same product and are responsible for return shipping. In order to process a return please click here to see our Exchanges and Returns page for further instructions and details on the process of a return.You will be asked to pay for return shipping there. If it has been more than 1-3 days your shipping fee will be refunded to you. Please allow 1-7 business for exchanges.

Due to the regulations of the United States Health we cannot give any refunds on any washable, reusable, or absorbent products after the original packaging has been opened.
